  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (slurry)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional but delicious)

Optional Garnishes:

  • In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, cornstarch, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
  • Spread evenly and bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway for even crispiness.

2. Make the Sauce 🍯🌶️

  • In a saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, sriracha, vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Simmer.
  • Stir in cornstarch slurry and simmer until thick and glossy. Finish with sesame oil.

3. Toss and Serve 🍽️

  • Transfer crispy cauliflower to a large bowl.
  • Pour the sauce over and toss until evenly coated.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds, green onions, and chili flakes. Serve hot!

Pro Tips

  • Want it crispier? Add panko crumbs before baking.
  • Too spicy? Dial back the sriracha or add more honey.
  • Serving idea: Over jasmine rice or in lettuce cups!
