🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pistachios
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped almonds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 cup honey (for drizzling after baking)

🧁 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it well.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, honey, milk, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir gently until just combined — don’t overmix!
  5. In a small bowl, toss together walnuts, pistachios, almonds, cinnamon, and cloves.
  6. Fold the nut mixture into the batter evenly.
  7. Spoon the batter into your muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  8. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Let muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  10. While still warm, drizzle each muffin with honey for that signature baklava shine! 🍯

💡 Pro Tips

  • Warm the honey before drizzling for a glossy, bakery-style finish.
  • Want extra texture? Add a sprinkle of crushed nuts on top before baking.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days — if they last that long! 😉
