🥘 Kielbasa with Green Beans (Slow Cooker Recipe)
A simple one-pot dinner made in the crockpot with smoky kielbasa, fresh green beans, and tender potatoes.
⭐ Ingredients
- 1 lb kielbasa or smoked sausage, sliced into 1-inch pieces
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley and grated Parmesan (optional, for serving)
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Prep Ingredients
Slice kielbasa, trim green beans, chop onion, and halve potatoes.
2. Layer in Crockpot
Add kielbasa, green beans, potatoes, and onion to the crockpot.
3. Season
Sprinkle garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper over the top. Add butter and pour in the chicken broth.
4. Cook
Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until potatoes are fork-tender.
5. Serve
Gently stir before serving. Garnish with parsley and Parmesan if desired.

- Sear kielbasa before slow cooking for extra flavor.
- Substitute canned or frozen green beans if needed.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
