One Pot, All Flavor 🍝
A busy weeknight’s best friend, this One Pot Veggie Pasta is packed with colorful vegetables and cooks up fast with just one dish to clean. Zero stress, all flavor!
Ingredients:
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan (optional – use a veggie-friendly version!)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions:
- 🥘 In a large pot, combine pasta, vegetable broth, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and bell pepper.
- 🌿 Sprinkle in Italian seasoning, then bring everything to a boil over medium-high heat.
