If you’ve got 5 minutes and a ripe avocado, you’ve got sauce magic! This ultra-creamy avocado crema is tangy, zesty, and totally irresistible — perfect for tacos, bowls, salads, or even sandwiches.
🥑 Ingredients:
- ⅔ cup sour cream
- ½ large ripe avocado, peeled
- 1 large garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- Pinch of Kosher salt
- Milk (optional, to thin)
