Easy Parmesan Chicken Dinner
This creamy, garlicky chicken skillet is pure comfort food — perfect for a cozy date night or a no-fuss family dinner. It’s rich, flavorful, and made in one pan for easy cleanup.
Ingredients
Sauce Base:
- 1 ¾ cups chicken broth
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ chicken bouillon cube
- ½ teaspoon each: onion powder, oregano, basil, parsley

- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- 1–2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¾ cup dry white wine (see notes)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

- Mix the Sauce
Combine all sauce ingredients in a large measuring cup. Set aside. Prep and measure out the rest of your ingredients now for easy cooking later! - Prep the Chicken
Slice each chicken breast in half lengthwise to create thinner pieces. Cover with plastic wrap and pound to ½-inch thickness using a meat mallet. - Season & Sear

Add minced garlic. Cook 2–3 minutes until the wine reduces by half. Stir in butter and flour, whisking constantly to form a roux. Cook 1–2 minutes. - Build the Sauce
Slowly stir in your premixed sauce. Bring to a boil, then lower to a simmer for about 8 minutes to thicken and develop flavor. - Finish It Off
