The Ultimate Crunch Meets Creamy Caesar 💥
Juicy, golden-fried chicken cutlets. Tangy Caesar dressing. Fresh romaine. All stacked on warm, crusty French bread. This sandwich feels fancy, but it’s easy enough for a weeknight.
🛒 Ingredients
For the Caesar Dressing:
- 1/2 cup full-fat mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice

Egg Mixture:
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
Breadcrumb Coating:
- 3/4 cup panko crumbs
- 1/4 cup regular breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
For Assembly:
- 2 romaine hearts, chopped
- 1–2 French baguettes
- Extra Parmesan, for topping

1. Make the Caesar Dressing:
In a bowl, whisk together the mayo, Greek yogurt, Dijon, Worcestershire, lemon juice, Parmesan, garlic, pepper, and salt. Chill while prepping the rest.
2. Prep and Fry the Chicken:
- Season chicken cutlets with salt and pepper.
- Coat in flour mixture.
- Dip into the egg mixture.
- Press into breadcrumb mixture until well coated.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry each cutlet until golden, crispy, and cooked through (about 3–4 mins per side).
3. Assemble the Sandwiches:
- Slice baguettes and spread Caesar dressing generously on both sides.
- Layer with crispy chicken.
