Cheesy Potato Burritos – Cozy, Crispy, Crave-Worthy

🛒 Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (or turkey/plant-based alternative)
- 2 cups frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup Taco Bell chipotle sauce (adjust to taste)
- 6 large flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, chopped green onions, cilantro

- Cook the tater tots
Preheat oven and bake according to package directions until golden and crispy. - Brown the beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease. - Mix the filling
