Equipment

  • 1 Mixing Bowl large
  • 1 Electric Mixer
  • 1 plastic wrap

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 pound sliced turkey breast
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Optional Add-ins

  • Chopped green onions
  • Sliced black olives
  • Chopped fresh herbs
  • Thinly sliced bell peppers

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix. Use an electric mixer or a fork to blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean work surface. Ensure they are spread out evenly and ready for filling.
  • Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, ensuring a thin, even layer that covers the entire surface.
  • Place the sliced turkey evenly over the cream cheese layer. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top, along with any optional add-ins you desire.
  • Starting from one edge, tightly roll each tortilla into a log shape. Make sure to keep the roll tight to avoid any filling from falling out.
  • Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap to secure its shape. Place them in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
  • Remove the plastic wrap and slice each tortilla log into 1-inch pieces. Arrange the slices on a serving platter.
  • Present the roll ups chilled as an appetizer or snack. They can also be served at room temperature if preferred.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
