  • 1 Knife sharp for slicing
  • 1 Cutting board

Ingredients

Tuna Mixture

  • 2 cans tuna drained
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Vegetables and Crunch

  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup radishes thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup crispy wonton strips

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna with sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well to ensure the tuna is evenly coated with the spicy mixture. Adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha as desired.
  • Slice the cucumber into thin rounds and shred the carrots. Slice the radishes thinly to add a crunchy texture to the bowl. Set aside the prepared vegetables.
  • In serving bowls, begin by layering fresh greens such as spinach or arugula. Add the spicy tuna mixture on one side of the bowl. Arrange the cucumber slices, shredded carrots, and radishes on the opposite side.
  • Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and crispy wonton strips over the top of the bowl. These elements add a satisfying crunch to each bite.
  • Serve the Spicy Tuna Cucumber Crunch Bowl immediately to enjoy the freshest flavors and textures. This dish is best enjoyed fresh, so assemble just before serving.
  • If necessary, store the tuna mixture and vegetables separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator. The tuna can be stored for up to two days, while the vegetables should be used as soon as possible to maintain their crunch.
