Ingredients

- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

For the dough
- 1 package crescent roll dough (8 oz) You can pinch the seams together to form a single sheet of dough if desired.

Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ensure easy cleanup.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt. Stir until well-mixed and the pecans are evenly coated.
- Open the tube of crescent roll dough and gently unroll it on a clean surface.
- Cut the dough into rectangles, about 3 inches by 4 inches.
Assembly
- Place a spoonful of the pecan filling at the wide end of each rectangle and roll it up towards the point, forming a crescent shape.
- Place the filled crescent rolls onto the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes or until they turn a lovely golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. If desired, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
