  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Blend until smooth.
  • Sprinkle in the garlic powder and onion powder, then fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Transfer the mixture into a 9x9 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes, or until bubbly and edges are slightly browned.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh vegetable sticks for dipping.

Notes

For added flavor, toss the shredded chicken with some extra buffalo sauce before mixing it in. Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker option. For a spicier dip, consider adding diced jalapeños.
