Ingredients
  

Tuna Bites

  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • everything bagel seasoning to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the cucumbers.
  • Slice cucumbers into even rounds.
  • Place cucumber slices on paper towels to absorb moisture.
  • Add drained tuna to a mixing bowl.
  • Flake the tuna gently.
  • Add mayonnaise or Greek yogurt.
  • Add lemon juice and black pepper.
  • Stir gently until combined.
  • Arrange cucumber slices on a serving surface.
  • Spoon tuna mixture onto cucumber slices.
  • Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  • Chill briefly before serving.

Notes

Keep cucumbers dry and add seasoning just before serving for best texture.
