Ingredients
  

Marinade

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Kabobs

  • 1.5 pounds sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red onion cut into wedges
  • 8 cherry tomatoes

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
  • Add the cubed steak to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are evenly coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Assembly

  • Thread the marinated steak, bell peppers, onion, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers, alternating between each ingredient.

Grilling

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Place the kabobs on the grill. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.

Serving
