Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin.
2. Mash bananas and mix with eggs, almond butter, sweetener, and vanilla.
3. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
4. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients gently.
5. Divide batter and bake until set.
Notes
Allow muffins to cool before storing. Freeze for longer storage if needed.
