Ingredients
  

Marinade

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Skewers

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion cut into chunks

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.

Grilling

  • Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers, alternating with bell pepper and onion chunks.
