Small Chocolate Marshmallow Treats

Ingredients
Chocolate Base

semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2
cup
heavy cream
1
tsp
vanilla extract
salt
pinch
Filling

cup
marshmallow cream
neutral oil or cooking spray
for molds
Instructions
Lightly grease mini molds or line a mini muffin pan.
Heat heavy cream until warm, then pour over chocolate chips and let sit for 2 minutes.
Add vanilla and salt, then stir until smooth.
Spoon melted chocolate into molds and spread into a thin layer.
Chill briefly until slightly set, then add a small amount of marshmallow cream to each mold.
Cover marshmallow with remaining melted chocolate and smooth tops.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until fully set.
Remove treats from molds and serve chilled.
Notes
Work in small batches so the chocolate stays fluid while assembling the treats.
