Ingredients
  

Chicken Filling

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Quesadillas

  • 2 cups shredded cheese Monterey Jack or cheddar
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil for cooking

Instructions
 

  • Cook seasoned chicken in a skillet with olive oil until fully cooked and lightly browned.
  • Assemble quesadillas in the same skillet with cheese and chicken, folding tortillas over the filling.
  • Toast quesadillas on both sides until cheese is melted and tortillas are lightly golden, then slice and serve.

Notes

Cook over medium heat for even browning and easy skillet control.
