Ingredients
  

Fruit

  • 2 medium apples cored and diced
  • 2 cups seedless grapes halved

Light Dressing

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the apples and grapes thoroughly. Core and dice the apples into bite-sized pieces.
  • Halve the grapes and add them to a large mixing bowl with the diced apples.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt if using.
  • Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss until evenly coated.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes, then toss gently and serve as a breakfast fruit side.

Notes

Use crisp apples like Honeycrisp or Fuji for best texture. Best served within 24 hours. Stir gently before serving if juices collect.
