Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries lightly chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cream softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and light.
  • Mix in vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  • Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt together, then add to the dough and mix just until combined.
  • Fold in dried cranberries, scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet, and bake until edges are set.

Notes

Do not overbake to keep cookies soft. Cookies will continue to set slightly as they cool.
