Dip Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Approx. 225 g
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup Buffalo sauce or to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Optional: sliced green onions for garnish
  • Optional: additional shredded cheese for topping

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in the shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  • Add in ¾ cup of the shredded cheddar cheese, reserving the rest for topping later.

Baking

  • Spoon the dip mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Sprinkle the reserved cheddar cheese on top.
  • Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with sliced green onions if desired.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience. Adjust the Buffalo sauce based on your heat preference. Leftovers can be stored and reheated.
