Energy Bites

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 apple finely chopped or grated
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • 1. Prepare the apple by finely chopping or grating.
  • 2. Combine oats, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  • 3. Add nut butter, sweetener, and vanilla and mix well.
  • 4. Stir in apple until evenly distributed.
  • 5. Roll into bites and refrigerate until set.
