Preparation

  • Cook your salmon by grilling, baking, or poaching as per your preference. Once cooked, allow it to cool completely and then flake it into bite-sized pieces.
  • Slice the cucumbers, dice the avocados, thinly slice the red onion, and halve the cherry tomatoes. Chop the fresh dill.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flaked salmon, cucumbers, avocados, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and dill. Toss gently to mix the ingredients.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
