Sweet Potato Rounds

sweet potatoes
sliced into rounds

Yogurt Dip

plain Greek yogurt

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet.
2. Slice sweet potatoes into even rounds and toss with olive oil.
3. Arrange on baking sheet and sprinkle with salt.
4. Roast, flipping halfway, until tender and lightly browned.
5. Mix yogurt dip ingredients and serve alongside sweet potatoes.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature. Store components separately for best texture.
