Chocolate Layers

semi-sweet chocolate chips

heavy cream

vanilla extract

marshmallow cream
neutral oil or cooking spray
for pan
Instructions
Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides.
Heat heavy cream until warm, then pour over chocolate chips and let sit for 2 minutes.
Add vanilla extract and salt, then stir until smooth.
Spread half of the melted chocolate evenly into the prepared pan.
Refrigerate for about 10 minutes until slightly set.
Spread marshmallow cream evenly over the partially set chocolate layer.
Spread remaining melted chocolate over the marshmallow layer and smooth the top.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until fully set.
Lift from pan and slice into bars.
Notes
Wipe the knife between slices for the cleanest bar edges.
