  • 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 cups water

  • Wash and hull the strawberries. Blend them into a smooth puree using a blender or food processor. If desired, strain the puree to remove seeds for a smoother texture.
  • In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved. Add the strawberry puree to the lemon mixture, stirring well to combine.
  • Add 4 cups of water to the mixture, stirring until everything is well incorporated. Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
  • Serve the pink strawberry lemonade over ice for an extra refreshing experience. Garnish with strawberry slices or lemon wedges for an aesthetic touch.
