Ingredients
  

Chocolate Layers

  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • salt pinch

Filling

  • 2 cups marshmallow cream
  • neutral oil or cooking spray for pan

Instructions
 

  • Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides.
  • Heat heavy cream until warm, then pour over chocolate chips and let sit for 2 minutes.
  • Add vanilla extract and salt, then stir until smooth.
  • Spread half of the melted chocolate evenly into the prepared pan.
  • Refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes until the base is set but not fully hardened.
  • Spread marshmallow cream evenly over the chocolate base using light pressure.
  • Spread remaining melted chocolate over the marshmallow layer and smooth the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set.
  • Lift dessert from the pan and slice into serving pieces.

Notes

For clean slices, wipe the knife between cuts and allow the dessert to sit briefly at room temperature before slicing.
