Ingredients
  

Beef and Marinade

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Vegetables

  • 1 red bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion cut into wedges
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  • Add beef cubes to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight for deeper flavor.

Assembly

  • Cut the bell peppers and onion into chunks roughly the same size as the beef. Leave cherry tomatoes whole.
  • Thread beef and vegetables alternately onto skewers. Ensure a mix of colors and flavors on each skewer.

Cooking

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F. Place the assembled skewers on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
