Ingredients
  

Snack Bars

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • 1. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
  • 2. Mix oats and salt in a bowl.
  • 3. Stir peanut butter, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
  • 4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  • 5. Press mixture firmly into the pan and refrigerate until set.

Notes

Store refrigerated for best texture. Bars can be frozen for longer storage.
