  • 1 Whisk

Ingredients

Marinade

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, parsley, and thyme. Whisk until well blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring each fillet is fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Grilling

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent the salmon from sticking.
  • Place the marinated salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and has grill marks.

Serving

  • Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve with your choice of sides and enjoy.

Storage

  • Place any leftover salmon in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • To reheat, place the salmon in a preheated oven at 275°F for about 15 minutes or until warmed through.
