  • 1 lb fresh salmon fillets finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup pecans finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Preparation
