Salmon

  • 4 fresh salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Lemon Dill Sauce

  • 1/4 cup fresh dill chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Cauliflower Gratin

  • 1 head of cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Set aside.
  • Boil salted water in a large pot. Add cauliflower florets and cook for 5 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add flour and whisk to form a roux. Gradually whisk in milk until the sauce thickens. Stir in shredded cheese until melted.
