Ingredients
  

Burger Patties

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce minced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup onion finely diced
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp cilantro chopped
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1 jalapeño diced

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, minced chipotle peppers, minced garlic, diced onion, breadcrumbs, and beaten egg. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.

Cooking

  • Divide the mixture into four equal parts and shape each into a patty. Ensure that the patties are uniform in size for even cooking.
