  • 1 Mixing Bowl For seasoning
  • 1 Forks For shredding

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Optional Add-ins

  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce

Instructions

Preparation

Shredding and Serving

  • Remove the chicken breasts from the pot and shred them using two forks. Mix the shredded chicken back into the cooking juices for extra flavor.
  • Serve the shredded chicken on buns, in tacos, or over salads. Add BBQ sauce or your favorite toppings as desired.

Storage

  • Transfer any leftover pulled chicken into an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
