Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Hot Honey Sauce

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Rice Bowl

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1/4 cup crunchy slaw
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Coat with flour evenly.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and let rest.

Sauce

  • In the same skillet, combine honey, hot sauce, and vinegar. Stir until slightly bubbly.
  • Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and simmer for a few minutes.

Assembly

  • Place cooked rice in bowls. Top with chicken, avocado slices, slaw, and sesame seeds.

Serving
