Equipment

  • 1 Skillet large
  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Whisk

Ingredients

For the Chicken

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Honey Sriracha Sauce

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

Preparation

  • Pat dry the chicken breasts with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and apple cider vinegar until well combined.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Pour the honey sriracha sauce over the chicken in the skillet. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and coat the chicken.

Serving

  • Transfer the chicken to a serving platter, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired, and serve hot.

Storage

  • Place any leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
  • To reheat, place in a skillet with a splash of water, cover, and heat over medium-low until warmed through.
