Ingredients
  

Cheese Crackers

  • 1 cup whole grain flour
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet.
  • 2. Mix flour, cheese, and salt.
  • 3. Add oil and water and form dough.
  • 4. Roll dough thin and cut into crackers.
  • 5. Bake until golden and crisp, then cool.

Notes

Cool completely before storing. Refresh briefly in the oven if needed.
