  • 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olives sliced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, cumin, and paprika. Add the chicken thighs, ensuring they are well-coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until cooked through and charred. Let rest before slicing.

Hummus Preparation

  • In a food processor, blend chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add water if needed to reach desired consistency.
