Ingredients
  

Burger Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Optional Add-ins

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape each into a patty.

Cooking

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
  • Place patties in the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Serving

  • Place each patty on a bun and top with your choice of toppings. Serve immediately.

Storage

  • Let leftover patties cool, then store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month.
