Instructions
Mix Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
Let rest for 5 minutes, then stir again.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until thickened.
Divide into snack containers.
Top with fresh berries before serving.
Notes
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Add berries just before eating for best texture.
