Ingredients
  

Yogurt Base

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Fresh Berries

  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries

Instructions
 

  • Mix Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes, then stir again.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until thickened.
  • Divide into snack containers.
  • Top with fresh berries before serving.

Notes

Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Add berries just before eating for best texture.
