  • Unroll crescent rolls and arrange them in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, pressing seams together to form a crust base. Spread chicken mixture evenly over the crescent crust.
  • If using, sprinkle mushrooms and red bell peppers over the top of the chicken mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
