Instructions

  • Gradually add dry ingredients to the banana mixture, mixing until just combined. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, melted butter, and heavy cream. Cook over medium heat until bubbling.
  • Remove from heat and stir in pecans. Pour evenly over the banana bread batter.

  • Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
