Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press down firmly with a spatula.

Baking

Cooling
