Ingredients
  

Chicken Filling

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Biscuit Topping

  • 1 can 16.3 oz refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  • Stir in frozen peas and carrots, cooking until they begin to soften.
  • Add shredded chicken and cream of chicken soup. Stir to combine. Season with thyme, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
