  • 2 large chicken breasts

Pasta Salad

  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 4 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Coat with breadcrumbs.
