  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

  • Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, stirring until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add shrimp to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  • Reduce heat to low and stir in the butter until melted. Return shrimp to the skillet and sprinkle with grated parmesan. Stir to coat shrimp in the sauce.
