Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs

Ingredients
  

For the cheese bombs

  • 1 can 16.3 oz refrigerated Pillsbury Grands! biscuits
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Approximately 2 tablespoons per bomb
  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried parsley Optional: extra parsley for garnish
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Open the can of biscuits and separate them. Cut each biscuit in half horizontally.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, dried parsley, and salt. Mix well.
  • Place approximately 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of the biscuit half. Use the other half to cover and seal the cheese inside.
  • Place the cheese-filled bomb on the prepared baking sheet and repeat with remaining biscuits.
  • Use a pastry brush to coat the tops with the remaining garlic butter mixture.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 13–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter mixture. Serve warm or at room temperature.
