  • 4 cups broccoli florets chopped
  • 2 large apples thinly sliced

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey

Preparation

  • Wash and chop the broccoli into small pieces. Slice the apples thinly, julienne the carrots, and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, apples, carrots, and dried cranberries. Toss to mix.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
