Fresh Apple and Grape Morning Salad

cored and diced

seedless grapes

Citrus Dressing

fresh lemon juice

honey or maple syrup

vanilla extract

Instructions
Wash and dry the apples and grapes thoroughly. Core and dice the apples into bite-sized pieces.
Halve the grapes and add them to a large mixing bowl along with the diced apples.
In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt if using.
Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss until evenly coated.
Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes, then toss gently and serve as a breakfast fruit salad.
Notes
Use crisp apples such as Honeycrisp or Fuji for best texture. Best served within 24 hours. Stir gently before serving if juices collect.
