Ingredients
  

Chocolate Marshmallow Layers

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup marshmallow cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • salt pinch
  • neutral oil or cooking spray for pan or molds

Instructions
 

  • Line a 9x9-inch pan with parchment paper or lightly grease silicone molds.
  • Heat heavy cream until warm, then pour over chocolate chips and let sit for 2 minutes.
  • Add vanilla and salt, then stir until chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
  • Spread a portion of melted chocolate into the prepared pan or molds to form a base.
  • Refrigerate for about 10 minutes until slightly set.
  • Spread marshmallow cream evenly over the partially set chocolate layer.
  • Cover marshmallow layer with remaining melted chocolate and smooth the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until fully set.
  • Slice into portions if using a pan, then transfer to a freezer-safe container.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.

Notes

Thaw desserts in the refrigerator for best texture and avoid refreezing once thawed.
